Tracker

Called them on February when I bought my car for a tracker but it hasn’t been installed in my big till today. It’s April now all they do is debit money from my account yet they did not get any confirmation that my car tracker has been installed. Even now I’ve received a message saying they will debit on the first of May but if you ask them to track my car they won’t be able to because they haven’t installed it. I’ve had the worst experience with dot.sure. Tried calling them a numerous times but they keep on saying they will get back to me still no call or anything. They even responded here on Hello Peter saying they will contact me still no one has called. They promised to get back to me on Friday when I called it’s Tuesday now they haven’t said anything. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
