TOTAL RIP-OFF

I cannot express how appalled I am by the service from Dotsure. I will not recommend anyone take this medical insurance. They are the most useless, unprofessional, and biggest rip-off. I have had the policy since 2018. For 2021, I never claimed. I now claim and after spending almost R16000, they only paid around R7500 even though my maximum claim amount is R11200. They now come with an excuse of reaching the benefit limits, what a load of nonsense. When i asked to be upgraded, they said my dog is over 9 and cannot change the plan but he is still 9 and only turns 10 later in April. When I took this plan, I chose the highest plan they had. They apparently introduced a higher plan last year or 2020 but they never thought of calling the clients that are on the superior plan to offer this to them. Yet they want to charge me an additional buster fee to ensure I get paid the R11200 but my maximum claim amount is R11200. How contradictory! People, do NOT take this insurance. Rather go with One Plan. They have amazing reviews.
