Total lack of customer service
I have for weeks now attempted to submit a claim for treatment my dog received. Each provided address results in the email being declared as unserved after a few days owing to a problem with Dotsure's server. While struggling to get help on the website I had an SMS conversation with an agent who asked me to send the paperwork to her email. It came back unserved because the email address does not exist! Two phone calls were made to me by Dotsure a minute apart at a time when I had very poor cell phone reception. I received an SMS advising me I would be called back. I am still waiting. An email last week responding to their decision to close my ticket has been ignored. I am now fed up. I receive no support, my complaints are ignored and I am wasting over R500 per month on the top plan only to get no assistance whatsoever from these useless charlatans when I need it. They have s nerve to claim they are the best pet insurance in SA. If they are the best I would hate to see the worst.
I believe the issue arose because of too many previous email addresses appearing on Google when one does a Dotsure search. I would suggest if Dotsure changes an email address, especially for claims, that an automated response pops up giving the new applicable email address. Alternatively disused email addresses should be removed from any potential Google searches. I think this would resolve many potential problems. Other people seem to have experienced the same problem that I did when I read other similar reviews.
