I called in and was attended to by Victoria Kalstan, my issue was dealt with very professionally and efficiently. What a pleasant consultant. Well spoken and very knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent service Victoria. My call was even cut and she immediately called me back on my cell. Service excellence.
