This was my first time taking out pet insurance and i was a bit unsure about the process but Jaco Naude could not have made it easier. He was very friendly and informative, everything i wanted to know and more was presented to me so well. I never knew dotsure was so beneficial. I immediately signed up on the package Jaco recommended and i got to cover all 3 of my cats with many benefits app**** that doesn't cost me a fortune, and i can't believe that they cover every certified vet! This puts me at ease that dotsure will be behind me if i need them and i could not have been happier with the costumer service provided by Jaco Naude, Thank you.
