THIS IS NOT OK!!! DotSure gave me a LIFE POLICY product WITHOUT my CONSENT and KNOWLEDGE using old and private information of my relatives as my primary info!?

THIS IS NOT OK!

This morning I got a phone call from my Dad telling me that he received a phone call from Dotsure about a life policy? My dad is listed as my emergency number on another policy.

I don't remember having any life policy with dotsure, only a car insurance policy. They were asking for my number? Naturally he didn't give it and hung up.

This makes me so mad that a company would call my EMERGENCY number without there being an emergency.

I got a call this afternoon from an agent and learned I have a LIFE POLICY? I've NEVER signed up on.

I KNOW this because the information the agent listed, is very old: 1) an email is listed that I have not used in more than 10 YEARS (infact this email have been deleted since 2010 on yahoo's system itself and DOES NOT EXIST ANY MORE). 2) and my Dad's number listed as my PRIMARY CONTACT? HOW? WHERE?

WHO put this IN!? I've been apparently paying for this since November 2021. This means WITHOUT my knowledge, I've been paying for a product with information that does not exist and using my relative's private information!! Where did dotsure get this from? Who gave you this? What list is this from!? How is this approved? I haven't received any email or update or follow up until today and this is how I learned about this.

I've since canceled this policy, but would like to have a FULL REFUND for all the payments since November 2021.
