This is good service!
I have only ever had positive experiences dealing with Dotsure - all of my claims have been extremely efficiently dealt with, payments have always been fair and I love the follow-up emails wishing my kitty a speedy recovery. once when he had a hospital stay with a fairly serious issue, Dotsure sent a little parcel with kitty treats - how amazing is that!
