Third party liability a seam!

Had a third party liability claim get denied. When querying it the employee stated that it is in my policy wording. When asking him where he said that someone will call me and say. looking at what was said he used the wrong information on the claim and when I spoke to him he said I am getting worked up regarding it. I further read my policy documents and found no clause on which I was denied. When stating this to him he is non responsive and does not make my findings into account
