Third party department

Someone from dotsure.co.za (Lakhanya Saki)called last week and said that he was calling from third party department and informed me that I should not contact the person that was involved in the car accident they will do that, I have called many 4 time request for the Lakhanya who is handily the case to call, ask Bulelwa to get him to call me, He has not yet called , I called in today and I was told that my case has not been allocated to the agent. I have sent email no respond.
