Third party accident claim not paid by Dotsure (Claim number NYP***)

Guys Dotsure car insurance(third party claim) is the worst, my wive got into an accident caused by their client last September 2021 while she was 7 months pregnant, she was stressed because her babies life got was in danger, meanwhile we couldn't use the car because it doesn't lock anymore and we had to pay for the hospital bills from our pockets to make sure that her life and the babies life is safe. Dotsure didn't see how sensetive this situation was because they gave her so much run arounds still the car is not fixed to this date but their clients car got fixed within a month. My wife is still suffering to this date. Claim number NYP***
