Third part claim
Dear Hellopeter Dotsure insurance as per per my claim number which was logged in May after the accident. I was sent relevant forms to fill out and send back it has been a horrible experience dealing with you.i do not understand why i should get my own assessor after you have taken 2 months to investigate my claim. Your liability department is useless. I submitted all the relevant information within the required time. I will be sending my complaints to umbodsman. I have been following up on my case without only clear feedback. Without anyone getting back to me. Lebohang Motaung is rude and inefficient.

My below email refers .
The statement provided by your driver upon completion of the claim form is contravening to the Accident report that he signed off.
As a result, your finding is incorrect, as the robot was not green and your insured didn’t have the right of way,
Further the damages sustained on the vehicle and how far off my driver was to the centre of the road suggest that your driver drove through the red robot as my driver was above the line, had my driver skipped the red robot when your driver was in the centre the vehicle would have been damaged on the rear left.
Please let me have a response with regards to my vehicle damages, also your comments of how a claim was settled if settled for your insured under false pretence as the statement given to yourself by the insured is not what the sons insured stated on the AR
