They quote you for prices of incorrect parts in order to pay out less

I submitted a claim for a vehicle and the dotsure assessor provided a quote for parts that were already too cheap and did not include a panel beater percentage. But let us forget that for now.

When the parts quoted arrived at the panel beater, the wheel rim for the part quoted by dotsure was the incorrect cheaper rim for the vehicle.

I have been in touch via phone and email to get the difference settled and have had no reply or acknowledgement for more than a week
