They dont pay claims

When one wants to claim. They dont like to pay. Will look for any small thing not to pay. My pool was claimed as the supplier said the pool plumbing is old. I claimed and was rejected because they said wear and tear. When we lifted everything the pipes was in such good condition the weir was cracked and leaked. As a result the repudiated the claim as they say the cannot establish what cause the damage. Really, a swimming pool weir what the damage is. Also I am actually paying extra monthly for my swimming pool and this is the feedback. I have so many proof. I had 3 different suppliers at my house. Videos, phots and even the weir that was taken out I kept so I have proof. My question is when my geyser burst will they not pay because they cannot establish what caused the damage?
