THEY ARE USELESS

I've had the worst experience of my life with dotsure and they don't wanna help me yet I had my trust on them So 3rd August 2022 around 2-3 am I had an accident with my hyundai i20 2020 motion in a highway and I tried calling dotsure to help me with the towing and everything but their numbers weren't going through and even asked my friends to Google all the numbers we can get and call them but no one picked up fast forward my car was obstructing the other lane and cars coming from the back couldn't see it as it was obstructing the way so the metro had advised to call my insurance for towing so I told them no one is answering and I had no other option but to take a towing company that the police officer called. later when I had submitted the claim I was told that they can't pay the towing company for towing and storage yet I had shown them a proof that I had been calling and I was also told that I didn't hold long enough on the call which is very confusing. Fast forward they asked for pictures to assess the car and I was given a quotation of R43000 and I was told that they won't pay since my excess is higher than the damage and on the quote there is a lot that was missed that also included the engine and some other stuff. The mechanic in my area had looked at the car damage and everything came upto more than R100 000. These people didn't even bother to physically assess my car like I was never paying insurance ,even with the courtesy car I was not paid.
