They are declining and trying to get a means not to honour their obligation
This company is really a ****. They don't want to help as was discussed. The service and warranty department claims that it is not their mistake and I should seek answers from the sales . This company is very unreliable.
Can I be asked as to how to approach the office of the ombudsman. Very bad company and it's surprising that it is still listed as insurance company
