They are a **** not insurance
Very disappointed and angry with them. I had a running warranty insurance for over a year and the first time I claimed they came with lot of stories which really confirmed that they are not an insurance but organised crime syndicate. And unfortunately you will realise when you have a claim that you were duped into believing that you have an insurance when you do not have. Their service sucks , they do not return calls and no one knows anything there.. please stay away from these people, I was warned when I took them but I didn’t listen, now I have burnt all my fingers.. be warned

31 Mar 2023, 16:47I tried returning your call today and had to hold the line for long and eventually someone called Busisiwe picked and the less said about her customer service the better.. she told me the consultant that called me will call me back , but as usual, no one will call.. it’s surprising that we have to write a review at Hello Peter to get a service.. it’s a new dawn..
