The worst service from an insurance company
I've had a car accident amd made a claim 3 weeks ago even today when I call to do a follow up they tell the same story that my claim is in a review/investigation process! They worst turn around time. Worst service they give to their clients. They do not consider the clients patience and its really an inconvenience.
Basically you get stuck in limbo.
