The worst pet insurance out there. Stay away

It has been over 2 months now and they still haven't paid for my claim.

They are uterlly useless when it comes to claims and I will never make use of them.

Please avoid this company at all costs as you are wasting your time and money.

I now have vets handing me over for debt collection cause the insurance won't pay out

Hello, Is this 14 days to fix your problem or 14 days to get back to me on your problem? Cause 2 months is ridiculous

3 days ago you claimed that someone would contact me and I am still waiting... It has been well over 2 months now and I am still not paid for this claim. You told your client the same day of the incident that this was going to be covered and that we could have the dog's leg fixed. We are now sitting with a R30 000 rand bill and have the vet wanting to take legal action. Furthermore we have to still take this dog in to have pins removed from the leg and they are not going to do it cause of dotsure dragging their feet on this issue. Do I need to take legal action against your client to get you guys to do your job or what is the waiting period on this as 3 months is ridiculous and not exactly something that I am sure your clients will be happy with. I really do hope that some of your current clients and potential clients see this so that they can see that this is one of those services that they will pay for and never be able to use.
