The worst insurance in SA!!!!

The worst insurer for any warranty or service cover, I took a policy in Oct 2025 and I specifically told the sales agent Happy to add service extender she even told me how myself extra it will be, now I call to claim for service I am told it wasn’t added I requested the call recording to which Duduzile Ditani sent and she sent only one call I asked for the 2nd one, I listened to the calls and at 6 min 21 seconds I asked about the plan and told Happy to add is she said I will get a link via email which I did not get, I emailed Duduzile back and she hasn’t responded or acknowledged any of my emails. I keep calling the *** and the consultant keeps telling me the warranty department has only 6 agents and they are all busy! Do not insure with Dotsure!!!!
