The worse service

I have been waiting for my refund for about 2 weeks. The first person who assisted me told me to wait for 3 days. After 3 days I didn't get my money and phoned again, then this time I was told to wait another 3-5 working days since the initial person did not actually process the payment. Today I phoned again for follow up, I was told that the refund will actually take 5-7 working days. This poor client service, if only you could deliver as efficient as you advertise.
