the tracker with dotsure

i am not happy with the fact that we are forced to use netstar and i was used to 2 year contract now suddenly its 3 years. iam not happy with that at all and i think it contravene the law to as an insurer to force me to install a certain groups tracker and to force me to sign a contract with them and when i cancel the insurance because i had to sell the car, i now sit with a tracker payment for a tracker which i dont have. this is not good business dotsure. not at all.

Dear Phillip

We have investigated your complaint and our findings are as follows.

We have studied the recordings wherein you agree to the terms of installation of the Netstar Smartboxes. We have sent these recordings to the email address that we have for you.

We confirm that the terms of this contractual agreement were clearly explained to you. In both instances, the consultant expressly indicated that the contract would be in force for a period of 36 months (3 years).

The consequences of cancellation before the lapse of the 36 month contract were clearly explained to you and you agreed thereto. You consented to the terms and conditions of the agreement with Netstar and your consent serves as validation thereof.

Based on the information above, we cannot fault the insurer herein.

We trust that you find this in order.

Sincerely

Dotsure Resolutions Team
