The service I received from my assigned consultant Andriette was outstanding. Not a typical scenario to have unsupported motor insurance but DOTSURE catered for that need. My consulatnt did whatever she could to make the policy purchasing experience a breeze. Having had my basic information she prepare the quote following my mail request and was ready with most of the detail at hand when she gave me a call to advise of premium. She even went as far as to schedule the binding of the insurance call according to my availability not imposing on my scvhedule and prior commitments. She also advised upfront that the duration of the final call will take time which set the scene and prepare me to have an uninterrupted lenghty conversation. Throughout the call she explained terms and conditions not understood, give advise where needed and answered my questions. She also made sure I understood what was communicated to me.
