The **** insurance company, DOTSURE/OAKHURST.
I have 4 friends who had bad experience with Dotsure and they quited from it and I didn't know that it will happen to me. I put the claim with them and they refuse to pay with no reason they **** about the excess ,they told me I have an excess of 20000 which I have in writing that it is 4000. They promised to call for clarity and play the recording of our agreement and they didn't. I have spent more than 200 rands informing them about their lies but they just promised to call shortly and no call at all. My car is still damaged and they still have an audecity to debit my account. Please everybody run aeay from this insurance they only take your monay and they don't bother about the customers well being. Anyone can call me and I will stand for the facts. ***.
