The person helping me while I was signing up for dotsure was Ryan Laruffa. He was amazing! When I couldn't speak when he called and i gave him another time he would call me then. He spent a good 30 minutes helping me decide what plan was more beneficial for my fur babies. He also explained all the fine print to me and anything else I didn't understand. He was never rude or impatient. 10/10 would recommend
