THE MOST DISSAPOINTING INSURANCE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!

The most horrible service I've ever had in my life.

I've had a maintenance plan with Dotsure for about a year.

I had a mechanical failure that occurred because something in the engine needed to be removed and cleaned and they refused to accept my claim.

I am so disappointed in the service and the "we don't care if you want to cancel your policy" tone we dealt with on the phone made matters even worse.

Please do not put yourself through what we went through! This company is absolute nonsense!!!!
