The melancholy of Dotsure

This is such a great company and their entry into the vehicle insurance has been a welcome disrupter. I am very thankful for my claims and daily processes being taken care of. However, the poor communication when doing a claim or any information that is requested leaves one wondering if I have an insurance company driving with me. It's exhausting always having to ask every 7-10 days if anything is happening due to lack of communication, even when your claim is approved you're just happy to be done with the tacit process
