The feedback was quick and easy to understand
The feedback was quick and easy to understand. The agent spoke my language and communication was clear. I requested a call back and on the same day I was phoned by Bernadine Bence. Sufficient time was given for me to discuss the plans with my husband and no one was pushy. She was very friendly and easy to talk to! If the rest of the service will be as the service I already received, I will be very happy!
