The country needs more like this !!!!!
I just want to share the most incredible experience i have experienced in South Africa in goodness know how long.
I just took out pet insurance and this young lady Marizel Bernardo just blew me away with the best client experience i have received in ages, actually blew me away, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Wow well done Dotsure, a pleasure dealing with a business who is customer focused like this.
