The best service I've ever received from an insurance company. Just wish I could give than 5 stars

I have my dog insured with Dotsure and had the unfortunate necessity of having to claim following an accident. From submitting the claim to them via email through to processed, approved and payment made took a total of 1 hour and 7 minutes. This included them calling me to say that I'd not attached a copy of one of the required documents.

All my dealings with Dotsure from stting up the policy, making amendments to it through to making a claim have been completely hassle free and I can not recommend them enough. For an insurance company to be so fast and attentive is stunning and if anyone is considering pet insurance then they should look no further than Dotsure.
