The best not so the best.

They claim to be the best and are even rated as the best. However, I have received nothing more than the very bare minimum from this service provider. Claims processed and paid out quickly? Quite the opposite.

When following up on my claim, I am transferred to a string of different departments. Also, why as a client, should I be following up with them? After all, it is my money they have to give back to me.

I am very unhappy with this service provider and will definitely be cancelling this policy once I get my money back.
