I had a claim to be loaded with Dotsure Pet Insurance. I was helped by Taahirah Simons and I must really say, this is the first insurance company that is efficient, helpful and gets to the point on claims. When I phoned Taahirah I was anxious about my dog's health status, but she was so calming and helped me with all the information needed about processing the claim. It was easy to get into contact with the consultants, there were no delays in loading or submitting the claims.
