The best customer service ever

Took life insurance out on my beautiful baby Angel who is a cat and is literally an Angel... I hope the one who helped me reads this because I have to let her boss know that she is a brilliant person friendly and talked me through the whole signing up, the way she spoke to me over the phone was phenomenal,her customer service was absolutely thee best ever, I work with customers everyday of my life and I have to say that I was really extremely happy with her,I found her name and it's Lauren,don't know her surname but I got Lauren but I'm sure she knows she did a great job...Thank you Lauren for signing my baby Angel up, and thank you for your friendly customer service,for explaining to me step by step and have patience with my sometimes dumb brain lol but you were awesome,if I were to know where she lived I would of bought you a nice gift...i do hope you guys appreciate Lauren...Thanks Again Lauren.
