The day I first phoned in to enquire about cover for my little boy and spoke to Becca Nel. I knew behond the shadow of a doubt that I had come to the right place. The absolute kindness genuin love of animals, advise and time taken to set my mind TOTALLY at ease with a great cover for my little boy Mowglie. I have have a lasting respect and relationship with Becca and remember so clearly how we even spoke of her little kitten that walks on a leash!!! I couldnt believe what I was hearing and feeling as a loving PET owner myself. Now I know for sure! Im not crazy or wierd. Im just like Becca! and thats a great feeling!
