Thato Mohlolo Exceptional Service
I cannot thank Thato Mohlolo enough for his exceptional service and professionalism while handling my Dotsure pet insurance claim. From the moment I first contacted him, he was attentive, informative, and always available to answer any of my questions. A process that can be stressful was made stress free and seamless as I felt reassured knowing that he was working on my behalf. @Dotsure you have a star of an employee!
