Thanks to Alma and the Dotsure team

I want to take this opportunity to thank the Dotsure team, especially Alma Loubser, for their support during my recent claims experience. Although I've faced three unfortunate events in a short period, Alma and her team made the process manageable. Each time I made a claim, it was a seamless experience. I was very impressed by how quickly the team responded to my initial request. I sent an email to Dotsure around 9:30 AM to initiate a claim, and within less than an hour, I received a response acknowledging my claim and providing further instructions. This was followed by a reassuring, empathetic and comforting phone call. After completing the necessary documents and a few calls from the Dotsure team (to give it a personal touch), the claim was paid out in less than an hour after I finalized the paperwork. And I never had to call the team for a follow-up or anything. They owned the process and led with it in a professional way The process of laying my father to rest was made much easier because I didn't have to worry about the claim payout. Thank you to Alma; you are a true rockstar. I also want to thank Dotsure for being the best insurance company in South Africa.
