Thanks Dotsure yet again for the best customer service I've ever received! Rachelle Fritz was on the ball! I submitted my claim on Saturday afternoon and by 08h030 on Monday she had processed it and called me to inform me my claim was being paid out. You guys truly are a great pet insurance for great pet parents!
