I submitted a claim this morning online. Instantly received a confirmation e-mail that my claim was received and being attended too. Received confirmation now (same day) that my claim was processed and approved and will be paid out within 2 worong days. What a pleasure! A company that understands and goes the extra mile. Thank you Dotsure, thank you Werdine Greeff you are truly amazing.
