I would like to commend and thank and just celebrate Rachelle Fritz from dotsure.co.za for her stellar service! Rachelle helped me sort out two wellness claims for my pets recently - which she finalised on the SAME day; she also telephoned me to confirm the processing of the claims, and to explain matters to me. Furthermore, Rachelle helped me understand the changes to my dotsure annual plan, and recommended I add one extra item to ensure more secure coverage for my dogs.
