Thank you Thalita!

Very late on Friday afternoon, I was trying to register with dotsure on line - but was not very successful. Then, just when I was trying a third time, Thalita van der Heever phoned, explained that she could see I was on their site, and she offered to help me. Thalita talked me through all the options, explained how everything worked, and calmly registered my pet telephonically. As I mentioned, it was late - after 6 pm on a Friday when she should probably have been home with her family already - instead, she looked after me: patiently and professionally. She is very knowledgable about her products, and during the whole process she was friendly and approachable.
