Yesterday Mieke assisted me to take out pet insurance for my dog Roxy. She really have a beautiful personality and went through the steps with me in a professional manner. When we concluded the conversation I felt good and knew all that i need to know. She also followed up by sending me the promised emails explaining the entire plan. Thank you Mieke I appreciate your excellent service.
