Thank you Micheala for incredible service!
I've insured our dogs through Dotsure since 2016 and I can highly recommend the product and the support. The claims process is simple and the personal touch of actually speaking to an actual human being can't be beaten. Micheala Cronje handled my latest claim - she was professional, friendly and empathetic, she handled the claim swiftly and without any fuss whatsoever. She made my day - thank you Micheala!
