Recently interacted with Lucia from Dotsure regarding car warranty, service plans, etc.
Like all insurance products it involved a lot of detail. However she clearly explained the various options. I was emailed all the necessary documents to go through it at leisure. Her follow-up conversation a few days later cleared up some doubts and questions I still had. I have to commend her for her patience - my line was not always clear- and professional manner. She made sure of the dot that made me a policyholder. Thank you Lucia.
