I would like to encourage people to use Dotsure!!! This company is absolutely amazing. My doggie had to have emergency dental surgery due to her breaking a tooth from eating. We took her to the vet stressed ,they sorted her out and you all know the vet Bill's are expensive. None the less last night I submitted the claim, the next morning I receive a call from Lee-Ann Heideman to check howa our doggie and advise she is processing the claim. I have never experienced such great service in a while. You have officially gained an influencer and I will be telling everyone about Dotsure and to sign up. Previous experience with Dotsure was also great when you send get well soon cards and checked in.You really treat us like we part of a family. South Africa needs more people like you!! Again thank you Dotsure. I am writing this to share the amazing experience without even knowing if our claim will be paid, but service needs to be noted
