Thank you Dotsure

I have 2 Labradors that are my life. last year I decided to take out Dotsure for them as my yellow one is 7 and getting older. Last week Thursday we took Bella to the vet for ear infection, the vet than noticed a growth on Bella and said it's best to have it removed and send away. On Friday we took her in, the vet took an x-ray and saw something not right inside Bella, she asked us if she can open her up and see what is is, we of course said yes. When she did, she found a 2kg tumour inside our Bella, it was connected to all her organs, she phoned us back and advised that the best would be to euthanize while Bella is under anesthetic as she will bleed out within the next few days. We NEVER expected our dog not to come that day and we couldn't even say goodbye to her. We have had a horrible couple of days and the pain will for sure still be with us for a while.

Yesterday (Monday 11/01/2021) I send the invoices to Dotsure, this was my first time claiming with them and I really didn't know what to expect. I got an sms stating that Antoinette Botes will be handling my claim. Throughout the day I didn't hear anything from Dotsure, so I thought I would just follow up tomorrow. I left work as usual and when I stopped at home at 4 pm I got 2 sms's that the money has been paid in to my account. Except the cremation Dotsure paid about 85% of the bill.

Thank you Dotsure for making this really tough time a little easier. We have another Labrador that was only on accidental cover but I will move her to full cover.

Thank you again Dotsure. This is such a difficult time and it really helped knowing that Dotsure was on our side.
