Well what can I say, I submitted my claim after my dog Smokey injured his eye and was expecting the claim to about 7 to 10 days but was I surprised, the day after I submitted I received a mail explaining the breakdown and what will be paid out. the following day the money was in my account. Thank you for the awesome service Anneke Olivier and Dotsure.
