Thank You Dotsure.

I decided to write a positive review for Dotsure, as I have not had a bad experience with them since I joined in 2017 for my 3 doxies.

In fact, they are so speedy with claims, I'm amazed. They were so kind and heartfelt when my Doxie had to be put to sleep.

They carried on charging for him for a further two months until I realised it, and after one call they refunded the debit orders the same day.

It's one thing to not be happy with an insurance company, which many of us are, as it's a grudge purchase, but when you can tell that the insurance company cares, it takes the sting out, Its almost a miracle in this country.
