Thank you Alma Loubser

I am writing to thank Alma Loubser for her professionalism in handling my claim. My family has been hit twice in a space of less than 6 months, Alma assisted me with the first claim, and again with the second claim.

Words fail me, Alma was very helpful. She acted swiftly and in an efficient manner. I had issues that delayed the payment, however she was on top of her game and ensured that all issues are resolved on time. I never had to do any follow-ups, not even once. I sent an email after-hours requesting assistance, I received a call the following day at 08h00.

From the bottom of my heart, Alma thank you very much for showing empathy, and your kind through the difficult times. Please do the same for other grieving. You made the load bearable. My family appreciates your efforts.
