Ii wrote a bad review a few months ago about Dotsure and would like to take it back. I have to say I just lost my boy and felt mistreated, however I was apologized to and my complaint was handled emmediatly and professionally. I did move to another pet medical aid but have not felt comfortable and have now rejoined Dotsure. I just feel comfortable with them. Thank you Dotsure for having my fur babies back.
