Rachalle Fritz was amazing.I had to put my ba u down due to kidney, liver and heart failure. Rachelle ha dle my case with cao much love and affection She even opted that she will notify the policy department to get in contact with me to amend my policy The entire claim was dealt and closed within 24hrs Thank you DOTSURE
