Terrible - would not recommend

Terrible, worst experience I have had with insurance. I submitted my claim explaining that my dog was still at the vet, completing all relevant forms. The next day a consultant called to ask a few questions. At this stage, the vets suspected that it might be cancer - since I am covered for accidents only, I completely understood this would not be covered, so I disclosed this to the consultant.

I was clearly upset and trying to come to terms with the possible diagnosis, but stressed to the consultant to please check in with me the following day, since we would only get an official diagnosis later that day.

Early the next day, I received a claim rejection letter, no follow-up call from the consultant. Aside from the fact that my claim could now be considered valid since my dog does not in fact have cancer, I thought this quite insensitive as I received no further contact from the consultant.

Dotsure does not care about your pets or their clients, they care about your money.

Would not recommend.
